'Drytech Engineers' offers the 'Hypfil' brand Electrostatic Oil Cleaner (HEOC) for managing oil management problems efficiently. The HEOC is based Electrostatic principle. It seperates metalic or non metalic suspended particles in oil efficiently even less than 0.8u level. It cleans the oil better than NAS 1638 standard level 00.

This helps to carry out millipore test for finding out the level of combination in the cleaned oil. The testing is quick and simplified method and can be carried out by ordinary layman.

HIGH SPEED ROBOT MACHINE - VCT +
High speed robot machine in VCT + class can be offered to 3000 ltrs and above capacity oil for cleaning on high speed basis thus enables to save on energy & time besides ease on busy machine maintenance schedule. The machine is capable of filteration of very fine micronic suspended particles of less than 0.8u in large quantity.

1. Electronic oil cleaner has got following limitations while in operation.

  • Max oil temp. 60° C.
  • Max oil viscosity - 200 CST
  • Max moisture content - 500 PPM
  • The oil should be non conductive, non water base, non detergent base.
NOTES
  1. Oil cleaner for higher capacity can be supplied on demand if required for very large capacity.
  2. Oil cleaner having 230V/1 Ph/50Hz input electrical supply can be supplied on request.
  3. Oil cleaner with dehydrator can be supplied on request.
