Compressed Air Water Cooled After Coolers

   
COMPRESSED AIR WATER COOLED AFTER COOLERS
It is a heat exchanger designed & manufactured to reduce / cool the compressed air temperature to desired level, so the condensation takes place & vaporized moisture & oil in air gets converted in liquid droplets which further separated by moisture separator. The after cooler substantially reduces the moisture & oil load coming on down stream at the initial stage. The cooling media can be water or air.
 

Types :

Shell and tube (Vertical / Horizontal) with and without moisture separator.

Location :

At the outlet of Compressor.

Range :

Upto 5000 CFM at 10 Kg/cm2 operating pressure.

MOC :

Shell – As per IS 1239 / IS 2062.
Tube – As per BS 2871 part III C – 105, TEMA std.

    * Note : High Pressure / flow range can be offered on request.
